Warranty Policy

The below warranty is specially for Agricutural and Veterinar Tools/Machinery.This warranty is extended to the original customer /buyer only, it is not transferable.And it is only available with products manual marked with Quality Warranty.

Every product made by Sio is thoroughly inspected and 100% tested before leaving the factory. Every product is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the dedicated period given on the operation manual.

Should any problem occur, please contact us immediately.lf inspection shows that the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or materials,Sio will, at our option,send the parts for replacement into the next shipment of customer,or send the parts by International Courier.Repair parts and accessories replaced under this warranty are warranted only for the balance of the original unit or accessory warranty period.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY:

1.Any damage caused by improper use and care.

2.Any failure that results from an accident, customer abuse, normal wear, neglect, or failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the owner's manual or provided with the product.

3.When alterations or modifications have been made to the product.

Sio is responsible only for products as originally produced by Sio Group,and the responsibility will not exceed the value of the product.

This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of the warranty. Sio disclaims liability for any implied warranties, or after the relevant warranty time of this warranty.
