At SIO,we have a very strict quality control system. All our products will be thoroughly inspected, cleaned and rigorously tested to ensure that they are with supreme quality.
Here is a flow chart showing the quality control procedure.
Incoming Quality Control - IQC
The Incoming Quality Control has two stages,
1.Supplier selection
Strict measurements are taken to evaluate our suppliers, including quality, cost,
on-time delivery and capital.
2.Quality Control for Material
We only purchase brand new materials from our selected suppliers.
And every batch of material will be sampled and thoroughly tested before
entering into our production line.
In Process Quality Control - IPQC
We perform inspections through the whole manufacturing process.
In every manufacturing post,we have 3 steps to guarantee the quality,
1.The worker of this post will check the quality everyday;
2.Our QC will randomly take samples for test and do quality check everyday.
3.The worker in the next post will check the quality of the parts made by the previous post.
Final Quality Control - FQC
After assembling,we will test the whole unit for its function,quality and performance. Only the very good ones can be sent to the packing room.
Outgoing Quality Control - OQC
Before packing,our inspectors will visually check the integrity of spare parts,the surface and printing of the products,to ensure that all our products are with good quality and nice looking.
